Thank you for supporting Mindful Works. Many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or prepared in small batches, and we appreciate your patience and support as we carefully prepare each order.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the type and size of the item ordered.
Estimated processing times:

Handmade poufs, cushions, and custom items: approximately [2–3 weeks]

Bakery and fresh food items: approximately [3–4 business days]

Smaller ready-to-ship items: approximately [X business days]
Please note that custom orders and larger items may require additional preparation time.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship through USPS and UPS.
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup for select orders. Customers will receive pickup instructions by email once the order is ready.
Custom & Handmade Items
Many of our products are handmade or custom-made. Slight variations in color, texture, shape, size, or finish are natural and part of the character of handmade goods.
Custom orders may require additional production time and may not be eligible for return or exchange once production has begun.
Bakery & Perishable Items
Due to the nature of fresh and perishable products, bakery items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the order.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Shipping Issues & Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, delayed, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@mindful-works.org.
We personally handle shipping issues and will work with you directly to help resolve problems whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Mindful Works is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
